Out of all the Japanese in-person shoppers that I reached out to, Yumi has been the most prompt of them all. She has been lovely to communicate with – from being transparent with the rates she provides in her service to double-checking that she is getting the correct items for her clients, I appreciate how patient she is to first-time proxy users like myself.
With Yumi’s help, I was able to get some tsum tsum plushies exclusive to the Capcom stores from The Great Ace Attorney series. If I ever need someone to get & ship some merchandise from Tokyo in person, I would go for Yumi’s services again in the future, highly recommended!

Yumi is offers a great service! I have used her to buy things on multiple occasions and she has delivered on all orders. Great communication and checks to make sure what you are requesting is the correct item(s) before and after purchase. She also checks up on orders sent to make sure things are as smooth as possible! A great alternative to the big proxy companies out there especially if/when they won’t take some links to some websites.
