I primarily use EMS (Express Mail Service) as it is a reliable and cost-effective shipping option. Air, Surface, and DHL shipping options are also available upon request.

Most proxy shopping services calculate the shipping cost only after the items have been packed. To help you estimate the total cost in advance, I provide an estimated shipping cost based on the size and weight of the items. Please note that the estimate may differ from the actual shipping cost. If there is any difference, the final amount will be adjusted accordingly, and either an additional payment or a refund will be required. The shipping cost also includes packaging fees.
Size and Weight Limits
EMS Size and Weight Limits:

Dimensions

EMS uses two standard size categories: Size A and Size B. Each destination country accepts either Size A or Size B. Some countries may have different size limits or use different standards.
Weight
The maximum weight for EMS is 20 kg or 30 kg, depending on the destination country.
If your package exceeds the EMS size or weight limits, I may be able to arrange shipping through a baggage forwarding company.
Prohibited Articles
Certain items are prohibited or restricted from export or import under the laws and regulations of each country. Please check whether the items you wish to purchase are permitted before placing an order.
Commonly Prohibited Articles
- Heroin, cocaine, MDMA, opium, cannabis, stimulants, psychotropic substances, and other narcotic drugs (excluding those designated by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ordinance);
- Firearms (pistols, etc.), ammunition (bullets) thereof, and pistol parts;
- Explosives (dynamite, gunpowder, etc.) ;
- Precursor materials for chemical weapons;
- Germs which are likely to be used for bio-terrorism;

Nonmailable Articles in International Mail
Please note that each country may prohibit additional items beyond those listed on the Japan Post website. In some cases, I may have to decline your order even if the item is not included in the prohibited articles list.
Shipping Insurance
I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance in case your package is lost or damaged during transit. EMS includes insurance coverage of up to JPY 20,000 at no additional cost. If the insured value exceeds JPY 20,000, an additional insurance fee will apply.

Insurance costs are included in my quote by default. If you do not require shipping insurance, please let me know. However, please note that I cannot accept any claims for loss or damage if the shipment is uninsured.
Import Duties and Taxes
When your order arrives in your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other customs charges depending on the type and value of the items. Import duties are imposed by the destination country to protect domestic industries, and the applicable rates, exemptions, and taxable items vary from country to country. In addition to import duties, other charges such as value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or excise tax may also apply.
In many cases, low-value shipments are not charged import duties or taxes. However, customs inspections are not guaranteed and may be carried out at random. Therefore, I cannot predict whether your package will be assessed for import duties or taxes. Please note that you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities. I have no control over these charges and cannot estimate or guarantee them in advance. I do not undervalue shipments or declare false values on customs forms, as doing so is illegal and violates international shipping regulations.
Shipping Items with a Value Exceeding JPY 200,000
According to Japan Post’s policy change effective April 1, 2017, a customs clearance fee will be charged for packages with a declared value exceeding JPY 200,000. The fee is JPY 2,800 per package.
Shipping to a Japanese Address
Upon request, I can ship your items to an address in Japan. I can also ship items to your hotel or arrange delivery to a post office where you can pick them up.
