Commission Fee

10% of the Total Purchase Price (Flat rate of JPY 2,000 for purchases under JPY 20,000)

Total Purchase Price includes:

+ Product price
+ Domestic shipping fee (shipping fee from the store to my address in Japan)
+ Any other expenses charged by the store

The commission fee is applied per store/order. If you purchase items from multiple stores, the commission fee will be charged separately for each store. The commission fee covers up to 10 items per store. An additional commission fee will apply for every additional 10 items.

In-Store Shopping

I can visit physical stores on your behalf to purchase items that are only available in stores or require in-person shopping. An Optional Service Fee will be charged for visiting stores, regardless of the outcome, and it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Bidding on Auction Sites

For purchases from auction sites such as Yahoo! Auctions, the commission fee is 10% of the final bid price plus the domestic shipping cost. (A flat-rate minimum commission fee of JPY 2,000 applies for purchases under JPY 20,000.) If you bid on multiple auctions, the commission fee will be applied separately to each auction. For auction items, please let me know the maximum amount you would like to bid.
If we win the auction at a lower price than your maximum bid, the difference will be calculated and refunded. If we do not win the auction, all costs will be refunded except for the minimum commission fee and the PayPal processing fee. Both fees are non-refundable.
Please note that purchases from sellers are made at your own risk. For auction items, please carefully review the item’s condition and seller information before placing a bid. I am not responsible for any defects, undisclosed damage, counterfeit items, or fraudulent transactions. Bids cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Purchasing from Online Marketplaces

I can help you purchase items from online marketplaces such as Mercari and Rakuma. The commission fee is applied separately to each transaction.
Please note that purchases from sellers are made at your own risk. Please carefully review the item’s condition before placing an order. I am not responsible for any defects, undisclosed damage, counterfeit items, or fraudulent transactions after the purchase has been completed. Purchases from sellers cannot be canceled once they have been made.

Ticket Reservation Service

If you are planning to visit Japan and need help obtaining tickets for shows and events, I can assist you. In addition to shipping tickets to your address, I can send them to your hotel or arrange delivery to a post office near your accommodation (general delivery).

If you are inquiring about ticket reservations, please provide the following information:

1. Your name (full name as it appears on your passport)
2. The precise name of the theme park, popup store, or event you would like to attend
3. Your preferred date and time for the tickets (please provide a few options if possible)
4. The number of tickets needed and the ages of the ticket holders

Please note that I cannot guarantee that I will be able to obtain all requested tickets, as popular tickets may sell out quickly, and some tickets are not available for purchase by a third party. If tickets cannot be obtained, the related costs will be refunded. However, the minimum commission fee and PayPal processing fee are non-refundable.
